- Standard: $6.90 with a delivery estimate of 3 to 4 business days.
- Shipping costs exclude taxes, customs, or import fees, which may apply and are your responsibility.
- Free Economy shipping applies to all orders, with no minimum purchase required within the contiguous United States, unless otherwise stated during promotional periods.
Shipping Destinations
- We ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. International shipping may be available to select countries; please contact us at albusandivy@gmail.com for details and applicable fees.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for certain products due to size or carrier restrictions.
Processing and Delivery Times
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Estimated delivery times are:
- Economy: 5-8 business days within the contiguous U.S.
- Standard: 3-4 business days within the contiguous U.S.
- Times may vary for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
- Delivery estimates begin once your order is processed and shipped. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or unforeseen events.
Tracking and Notifications
- Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier details.
- You are responsible for monitoring the tracking information and ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery.
Title and Risk of Loss
- Title to products and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after this point.
Shipping Delays and Issues
- We strive to meet estimated delivery times but are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, or other factors beyond our control.

Returns and Shipping

- For returns due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return label and reimburse initial shipping costs (up to $6.90 for Standard or equivalent value for Economy) upon receipt and inspection.
